Billing Information: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle credit card data. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; we only retain the last four digits and expiration date for verification.

Client-Owned Data: In providing our Service, we process data that you upload or collect from your customers (e.g., lead names, emails, and messages). You remain the "Data Owner" of this information.

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns via cookies to improve platform performance and security.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Provide, operate, and maintain the Agent Gab platform.

Process transactions and send billing notices/late payment alerts.

Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting.

4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Agent Gab LLC does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or your clients' data to third parties. We only share data with trusted "Sub-processors" necessary to provide the service:

Infrastructure: Software powered by HighLevel for platform hosting.

Communications: Twilio and Mailgun for SMS and Email delivery.

Payments: Level 1 PCI-compliant processors for subscription billing.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure server protocols, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Active Accounts: We retain data for as long as your account is active.

Delinquent Accounts: As per our Terms and Conditions, data is moved to "Deleted Status" after 90 days of non-payment and permanently purged after 120 days.

User Requests: You may request a copy of your personal data or request that we delete your account information by contacting us at contac@agentgab.com.

7. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our platform allows you to connect to third-party services (e.g., Facebook, Google, LinkedIn). By using these integrations, you agree to their respective privacy policies. Agent Gab is not responsible for how these third parties handle your data once it leaves our platform.

8. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
